**Responsibilities:**
Type and proofread documents, letters, reports, and other materials
Maintain and update electronic files and records
Prepare and format documents according to company guidelines
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and other word processing software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
