Position Summary
This recruitment will fill one part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week during the academic year) Student Support position for University Housing and Dining Department at Oregon State University (OSU). The purpose of this position is to assist a Resident Director with all administrative aspects and coordination of daily tasks in the Resident Director role. The position works one-on-one with a Resident Director to complete daily operations and tasks and provide support to the Resident Director.

Position Duties
- Providing typing assistance directed by the Resident Director in all of their work.
- Taking notes during interviews or variety of other meetings of the Resident Director.
- Various administrative tasks as needed by the Resident Director such as:
- Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook on a consistent basis.
- Maintaining confidentiality in all work.
- Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university and pursuing a program or course of study.
- Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment.
- Must meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard:
- High School student:
Regularly enrolled in a high school or participating in a home‑schooling program. - Undergraduate and post‑baccalaureate student: 6 credit hours per term.
- Undergraduate international student: 12 credit hours per term.
- Graduate student officially admitted to Graduate School: 5 credit hours per term.
- Graduate international student officially admitted to Graduate School: 9 credit hours per term.
