Position: Applicant Support – Undergraduate Admissions

This position supports the Admissions Team in the Office of the Registrar, providing phone and email advising, along with entry-level administrative duties during the undergraduate application cycle.
Key Responsibilities include:
Matching and updating transcripts and application documents in People Soft.
Entering course and grade data from transcripts.
Printing admission letters and preparing mail outs.
Responding to correspondence and inquiries.
Updating student application information in People Soft.
Scanning and indexing documents into student files.
Student Experience duties include:
Providing friendly advising via phone and email.
Maintaining knowledge of admission criteria and program requirements.
Assisting students with online applications and monitoring service levels.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Ability to learn university systems like People Soft and document management tools.
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
