What Is the Opportunity?
Responsible for providing Account Executives with information necessary to make sound underwriting decisions (customer service and administrative support from initial submission through policy issuance, changes, and renewals). Supports within established performance standards and priorities, focusing on underwriting, retention, service, profitability, and growth goals. Ensures all support activities align with customer service and expense management focus.
What Will You Do?
Support Account Executives / Underwriters in new business and in-force activities to support growth and retention goals.
Partner with Account Executives / Underwriters to establish support needs for policies (e.g., gather relevant account information for quoting and binding).
Participate in pre-renewal meetings to define assignments.
Prepare underwriting / pricing exhibits (exposures, experience rating, P&L analysis, expense models, account info).
Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing.
Communicate with brokers, insureds, and internal departments to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
Quote accounts within authority limits, reviewing exposures and updating account info.
Provide information for regulatory compliance (statutory filings, proof of insurance, certificates).
Provide administrative support as needed (e.g., data entry).
Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned.

College Diploma
1 year of insurance industry experience
Intermediate time management and prioritization skills
Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks

What Is a Must Have?
High School Diploma
1 year of office or customer service experience
Basic proficiency in Windows and MS Office
Bilingual in French and English
