Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry/Data Specialist to join our team. This team member will be responsible for processing and managing orders efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
– Process incoming orders and ensure accurate entry into the system
– Maintain and update order databases with current information
– Organize and prioritize orders to meet deadlines
– Communicate with customers regarding order status and discrepancies
– Assist in resolving any order-related issues or concerns
– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and transcribing documents
– Collect and compile data for reporting purposes
– Utilize computerized systems for order tracking and management
Skills:
– Proficiency in office software applications
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Administrative and clerical experience preferred
– Ability to transcribe information accurately
– Familiarity with data collection methods
– Knowledge of order entry systems is a plus
