Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and ensure proper documentation

• Maintain financial and payroll records accurately

• Prepare deposits and reconcile accounting statements

• Support donor reporting and CRM data entry

• Assist in lottery licensing and financial management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant financial fields

• Experience in accounting, particularly in accounts payable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Clear Criminal Record Check required for employment
