Key Responsibilities:

• Address inquiries via email and phone for the Titles Department

• Perform data entry and verify information accuracy

• Resolve discrepancies and issues with stakeholders

• Manage document handling for Commercial and Export customers

• Communicate and liaise with multiple departments and registries

Requirements:

• High school diploma; college or university preferred

• 3 years of customer service or administrative experience

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in work

• Customer service-focused with excellent phone etiquette

• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, or Docs
