Adobe Animal Hospital, located in Concord, CA is seeking aReceptionistto join our team!
We are looking for friendly and organized team players who are committed to excellent client service and education. Individuals should be willing to jump in where needed, have respect and sympathy for animals, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Candidates who are interested in a career in veterinary medicine (and are eager to learn) are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday-Friday with no weekends!
Primary skills/responsibilities:
Client service and communication
Welcoming and discharging patients
Managing multi-line phones
Scheduling appointments
Setting up new clients and patients
Over the counter sales and financial transactions
General front desk duties including email, faxing and filing
Hospital cleaning
Boarding and kennel duties
Full-time benefits and compensation:
Compensation: $18.50 – $20.00/hour (based on experience and skillset)

Our hospital was established in 1975 and today we operate as a paperlite, Monday-Friday, small animal exclusive clinic. We are well-equipped to provide routine GP/soft tissue procedures, dentistry, laser therapy, preventative care, and more.
