Full Job Description
Tumalo Animal Hospital Hospital is looking to add a Full time Customer Service Representative to our amazing team!.
This position works four 10 hour shifts with 3 days off a week! Work life balance is important to us, and we work hard to create a great working environment.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients in person and over the phone. As the face of the business, you set the tone and expectation for our clients.
Scheduling appointments and managing overall flow of the clinic
Taking requests for prescription refills or doctor call requests
Collecting payment
Monitoring email account
Qualifications
Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly concerns clients may have
Good communication skills with clients
Experience in the veterinary industry is ideal but not required.
