Job Overview
We are currently seeking a part-time Chiropractic Back Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position is MWF (1:45PM-7PM). This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to providing outstanding patient care. We are looking for a team player interested in long-term employment. In this role, you will provide essential support to our chiropractor and ensure a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient care, managing office tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Assist with back office operations and patient care
Greet and communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support the team with various office and clinical tasks as needed
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
Assist chiropractors during patient treatments, including positioning patients and providing necessary tools.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
Qualifications
Must be a fast learner and able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and phone etiquette
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage interruptions with ease
Prior experience in a chiropractic, wellness, or medical setting is a plus
