Full- time receptionist position for a go-getter that enjoys people, animals. We are looking for an “out-of-the-ordinary” outgoing leader that is always smiling while multitasking, a team player with broader responsibilities that can effectively represent the face of our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing exceptional service.

Answer phones with a 3-part greeting. Understand clients’ needs and assist them with making appointments in a timely manner as appropriate and provide general guidelines regarding the services that we offer.

Welcome clients and their pets and complete the check-in process.

Ensure clients’ needs were met and assist them with the check-out process. Set up recheck or future appointments and follow-up calls as appropriate.

Liberty Animal Hospital is a Full-Service Small Animal Veterinary Hospital located in Westminster, Colorado. Opening a brand new facility October 2023. At Liberty Animal Hospital, we want to positively impact people’s lives while helping their pets and be an inspiration for other generations. We are a result-based work ethic group of stakeholders and operate as one unit where all participants have a leadership mentality. We believe that clear communication is gold!

Your focus will be

Making all of our clients feel like they are the most important person alive. This starts with the first phone call they make all the way to your follow up call(s) after their incredible visit with us.

All clients should be immediately acknowledged when entering into the Lobby. Even if you are helping another client (in person or on the phone). If possible, a verbal greeting is preferred. If a verbal greeting is not possible, a smile and a wave, or similar gesture is required.

The Front desk, should be manned at all times. In the event that it is not, once you hear the front door, please greet them as quickly as possible. Smile at all times, and whenever possible greet the client and the pet by name. Open one or both doors for clients to welcome them in as much as possible.

Our Client Care Team is responsible for:

Answering phones

Scheduling appointments

Receive payments for products/services

Managing file system on computer

Pet food ordering

Office supply ordering

Inventory assistance

Stocking food/products in lobby

Maintain lobby appearance/cleaning

Price match tracking

Reminders

End of Day/Monthly reports
