Full Job Description
A two doctor small animal clinic in Littleton is searching for an experienced motivated client service representative/assistant to join our team that is driven to learn and help grow our practice with us. The clinic focuses on empathy, compassion, and building relationships within a small community. Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, answering phones, checking clients in, performing tasks on the computer, janitorial duties, taking medical history, minimal animal handling/restraint, ability to help lift large dogs, etc. At this practice, we are searching for someone who will wear all hats, but primarily be focused on reception. Communicating clearly and being able to provide client education is integral. It can be overwhelming at times, so a focused, positive, and team-oriented attitude is a must. We would prefer someone who is interested in a long term position with a flexible schedule. We close at 6:30pm, but we do not always leave then 🙂 Wage is based on experience. We are currently open M-F. I would like to find someone who is willing to work two to four days a week.
