Veterinary Receptionist – No Experience Required
Prairie Village Animal Hospital is a locally owned and operated company. We are a busy three doctor practice located in Prairie Village’s Corinth Square.
Our ideal candidate will be fun, energetic, enthusiastic, customer service oriented and a team player. You will have basic computer literacy, and availability to work full time 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. On the job training is provided. We offer competitive pay with employer paid health insurance.
The Veterinary Receptionist will work with a team of Receptionists where duties include answering telephones and emails, greeting clients, checking clients in and out, preparing patient files, scheduling surgery and grooming, receiving and relaying client correspondence, updating client financial records and processing client invoices and payments, as well as other office duties. The Receptionist will also have opportunity to interact with patients, as well as their owners.
No experience necessary for this Full-Time position.

Excellent communication skills
