Job Description
Allied Universal® is hiring a Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, Administrative and. The Vice President of Enterprise Accounts Administrative and Operational Support is an internal and external point of contact for industry and operational expertise and knowledge, regarding Enterprise Accounts. As an internal operations expert, the Vice President of Enterprise Accounts primarily focuses on supporting the Enterprise Accounts. This position can be remote or located in a local Allied Universal office.
Due to the nature of our business, this position requires a variety of working hours to include evenings, nights, weekends or holidays when needed based on the client or compant needs. Some overnight travel is expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership role responsible for understanding and collecting data, including but not limited to, Armed Services, licenses, fire protection, risk evaluation, safety, technology, wage collection specifications, and unique RFP requirements
Partner with the appropriate corporate functions to educate and gather accurate information to ensure alignment with Allied Universal’s vision and initiatives (Legal, Risk Management, Safety, Billing, Pricing, Procurement, Human Resources, Benefits, Information Technology)
Take the lead in working with Portfolio teams, Branch operations, and corporate support departments on operational and business development related projects
Consult, educate, and provide recommendations to the Enterprise Accounts team by utilizing operational expertise and experience
Analyze data, make recommendations to the Enterprise Accounts team, and conduct research based on client requested services
Attend project meetings with existing and prospective Enterprise Accounts clients as part of the on-going relationship building process
Be the administrator for the Enterprise Accounts SharePoint
Serve as the Enterprise Accounts representative to corporate teams, other divisions, and vendors
Supervise any direct reports and Influence Indirect reports to accomplish tasks and division goals
Leads the onboarding and offboarding of Enterprise Accounts personnel
Travel to Allied Universal offices, client sites, or other locations for Company or client needs
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalent
Current state driver’s license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle
Minimum of eight (8) years of operations experience in the security industry in a leadership role
Strong level of understanding of Allied Universal’s operations, client diversity, etc.
Functional knowledge of the use of sales management methodologies
Solid understanding of all key corporate functions, their roles in the organization, and the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with key contacts in corporate functions
