Job Description
For Casual ITO / IHP :
- Following manifest for coming guests
- Booking rooms,
- Booking Transportation,
- Following Visa if requested
- Connect with Cage Department for wire in and out, if guest play with wire in
- Inform Table game Department to arrange Chips and table,
- Open program in system,
- Check in for guests,
- Booking lunch, dinner if request,
- Assist any services guest request,
- Assist guest to buy in procedure, withdraw, deposit with Cage Department,
- Making member ship cards
- Settle all bills as Rooms, F&B, Transportation, before guest check out
- Inform Cage Department all bill is settled,
- Inform Cage Department, and Table Game Department to close program, and Pit
- Settle all pending bill before guest leave,
For Fixed ITO
- Update guest list manifest,
- Making membership card,
- Open program
- Assist booking rooms, Golf,
- Apply temp badge issue for ITO staffs,
- Apply Pass card for ITO staffs
- Assist paper works if needed,
- Follow up Golf bills,
- Settle bills with Boss approval in case needed
Job Requirement
- Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities.
- Must present a well groomed appearance.
- Must be able to lead and get along with co-workers as a team. Be able to influence and inspire through optimistic communication.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Individual must be out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills
