The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives.

They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf.

Lastly, this individual should be prepared to do personal errands and tasks such as getting a car washed, booking flights, and coordinating dinner reservations.

Responsibilities:

● Email management and response

● Calendar management and team management

● Liaison for CEO

● Interview screening and hiring

● Social media management and posting

● Graphic design and video editing

● Website posting

● Bookkeeping and data entry

● Foreseeing my needs and handling them before they arise.

● Personal tasks such as taking care of errands, etc.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields

● Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

● Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 – $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
