Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing digital files, coordinating virtual meetings, responding to emails and inquiries, and providing general administrative support. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with social media management, data entry, and other tasks to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Proficiency in Administrative tasks, such as Scheduling and Email Management
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Experience with Virtual Collaboration Tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack)
- Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving capabilities
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Knowledge of Social Media Management and Content Creation is a plus
- Experience in Data Entry and use of Excel or similar tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
