About the Role:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, managing communications, and helping ensure smooth operations. Your contributions will help drive efficiency and organization across the company.
What You’ll Do:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars for the CEO and other leadership and team meetings, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
Compile meeting agendas, take notes, and prepare presentations
Support with travel planning and arrangements for the leadership team
Assist with operational tasks to improve efficiency and alignment
Communications Management:
Monitor and manage email communications, prioritizing and responding to messages as appropriate
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Operations Support:
Assist with planning and coordinating company events and team gatherings
Help compile reports and gather information for leadership decision-making
Requirements:
Experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or similar roles
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency with productivity tools and administrative software
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is a plus
Native English speakers is a plus
Experience in virtual assistance is preferred, but we also welcome backgrounds in recruitment, legal, finance, or administrative roles
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment:
100% remote work (EU timezone only)
Mexico City Office: Option to work from our office in Mexico City for those who prefer an in-office environment.
