Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling of meetings
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Conduct online research and compile reports as needed
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling (if required)
  • Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and internal communications
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace

Working Hours:
