Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Virtual Assistant role. The Virtual Assistant will manage administrative tasks, coordinate calendars and schedules, handle email correspondence, and maintain professional communications. Responsibilities also include organizing documents, conducting research, and supporting day-to-day operations to help clients streamline processes and achieve their goals. The Virtual Assistant will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Support tasks, including scheduling, email management, and data entry
  • Strong skills in Online Research and Document Organization
  • Professional written and verbal Communication Skills
  • Time Management and Prioritization capabilities
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in customer support or executive assistance
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • IELTS score of 6.5+, APTIS score of B2+, or Native/Fluent English Speaking
