Key Responsibilities

Manage executives’ schedules and appointments.

Handle communication (emails, phone calls, and messages) on behalf of executives.

Prepare and organize documents for meetings.

Conduct research and compile data to support report preparation.

Manage social media accounts and online presence.

Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.

Assist with customer service inquiries and issues promptly.

Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.

Support marketing efforts by managing campaigns and advertisements.

Conduct product or service testing to provide feedback.

Support project management through task tracking and documentation.

Attend virtual meetings and take minutes for future reference.

Perform administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Continuously enhance skills to better assist the team.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Familiarity with cloud storage services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in data entry and database management.
