About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing flexible, high-level administrative and operational support to various departments across the organization. You’ll be the go-to team member for a variety of virtual tasks—ranging from calendar and inbox management to data entry, research, and project coordination. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys jumping in where needed and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and managing email communications

Assist with light project management tasks and help move team initiatives forward

Handle customer service inquiries and assist with client follow-ups across email, chat, or social platforms

Conduct internet-based research and compile summaries or presentations as needed

Support marketing, HR, and operations teams with data entry, formatting, and organizing digital content

Manage small tasks such as ordering supplies, preparing reports, and maintaining spreadsheets

Stay responsive across platforms like Slack, email, or project management tools to field internal requests from multiple departments

Take initiative to anticipate team needs and handle ad hoc assignments

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, coordinator, or similar administrative support role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp)

Excellent organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple tasks at once

Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Flexibility to pivot between departments and take on a wide variety of assignments
