Position: Virtual Assistant 20-25 Hours per Week (IC-PK)

Key Responsibilities

Learn patterns and preferences

Track receipts

Manage Quickbooks

Document for taxes

Manage calendar

Block pockets of time, reschedule when double booked, etc.

Be strategic about time management

Manage inbox

Manage 4 inboxes

Utilize folders and system

Start drafts for client to send later

Jump in and schedule

Manage personal tasks

Manage 2 homes: utilities, lawn care, housekeeping, etc.

Buy birthday gifts

Manage social media

Block writing times on calendar

Find and save videos/content that might be relevant

Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks/projects

Platforms:

Quickbooks

Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)

Zoom

Slack

Requirements

Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant (a plus)

Extremely detail oriented

Intuitively organized

High emotional intelligence

Deadline oriented

20-25 hours per week

CST or EST Time Zones
