About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a reliable, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative and operational tasks. This is a flexible work-from-home role ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, remote environment. Choose from part-time or full-time hours depending on your availability.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders
Handle email management, client follow-ups, and basic correspondence
Perform data entry, online research, and document formatting
Assist with social media updates and content scheduling (optional)
Coordinate meetings via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet
Prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, or presentations
Support ad-hoc admin tasks across departments or clients
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in an administrative, assistant, or customer support role
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be based in Australia or able to work within AEST/AEDT time zones
