About the Opportunity
Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established UK business that requires reliable virtual administrative support to assist with day-to-day operations. This is a fully remote position suitable for organised, proactive candidates who can manage their workload independently within a structured home-based environment.
About the Role
The Virtual Assistant will provide general administrative support across calendar management, email handling, scheduling, and document preparation, helping the client maintain efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules across multiple time zones where required
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle data entry and basic record-keeping within client systems
- Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and online bookings
- Respond to routine email enquiries on behalf of the client
- Maintain organised digital filing and shared folder structures
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and project coordination
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or office support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard cloud tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently from home
- A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Previous exposure to remote or distributed working environments
