About the Role:

We are continuously seeking highly motivated, tech-savvy, and adaptable Virtual Professionals (VPros) to join our growing remote team. You will provide dynamic support across various administrative, communication, and operational tasks. This is a generalist role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, can quickly adapt to new software tools, and are capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Call Handling:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, taking messages, and routing calls as needed.

  • Customer Support:

Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with order tracking, general questions, and basic troubleshooting while escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Administrative Support:

Perform essential administrative tasks such as data entry, document formatting and management, email and file organization, invoice tracking, and internal communications.

  • Calendar & Email Management:

Organize and manage calendars for executives or teams, schedule appointments, send meeting reminders, and maintain well-organized inboxes.

  • CRM & Data Management:

Input and update information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Assist in generating reports and tracking customer/project activity.

  • Task Coordination & Follow-ups:

Support project management by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and conducting follow-ups to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Social Media Management:

Assist with social media scheduling, basic content management, engagement tracking, and inbox monitoring to help maintain consistent brand interaction online.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support, customer service, or related remote roles.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly (e.g., CRMs, project management tools, communication apps).
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in common tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote working environment.

Nice to have (Not Required):

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar)
  • Exposure to social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Starting Salary: Php 18,000 NET
