Omni Dallas Hotel is a prestigious hotel known for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist/Support Clerk to join our team and provide administrative support in a virtual capacity.

As a Virtual Receptionist/Support Clerk at Omni Dallas Hotel, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with potential onsite training and occasional in-person support as needed.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, answering incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.Manage the hotel’s virtual reception area, including greeting guests upon arrival via video conferencing platforms and directing them to the appropriate departments or resources.Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic records, to support the efficient operation of the hotel.

Collaborate with other hotel staff, including front desk associates, housekeeping, and management, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering superior guest experiences.Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from guests, addressing any concerns or comments with professionalism and sensitivity.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by hotel management, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Omni Dallas Hotel.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors in a virtual environment.Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype).Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate hotel operations and guest needs.
