Sboart Tour & Travels is looking for Visa Processing Executive (Canada)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage complete Canada Student Visa and Visit Visa processing independently.
- Review, prepare, and verify all documents required for visa applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy requirements, rules, and regulations for student and visitor visas.
- Provide accurate guidance and consultancy to clients regarding visa documentation and procedures.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and clients to ensure smooth application processing.
- Prepare and design necessary documents, forms, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-up of all applications.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Documentation, Data Entry (Both English & Bengali), Communication, Student Visa Processing, Visit visa Process
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of Canada Immigration Rules & IRCC Guidelines
- Ability to counsel students & travelers confidently
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience in handling Visa application portals / online submission
- Must be target-oriented, motivated, and customer-friendly
Salary
- Tk. 40000 – 45000 (Monthly)
