Your Role:
- Follow warehouse’s SOP
- Control warehouse inventory
- Process inbound/outbound/inventory activity in WMS
- Prepare daily reports and send to customer
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Adhere to current standard operating procedures and follow the instructions of direct supervisors for daily inbound and outbound inventory management and reporting tasks
- Prepare and send daily reports including inventory, inbound, outbound, and billing to the customers in a timely manner
- Address customer emails and escalations related to warehouse activities promptly and efficiently
- Supervise outsourced staff to ensure adherence to daily stock count procedures, quarantined stock processes, inventory consolidation plans, and value-added activitie
- Suggest improvement ideas and enhance team productivity by continuously addressing gaps or refining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately execute inventory transactions (inbound/outbound/inventory management) in WMS or sub-label printing in Excel
- Promptly report any issues in warehouse operations to the supervisor for investigation and the development of corrective and preventive action plans
- Collaborate with other departments to complete assigned tasks
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Preferably with minimum 1 year in operation warehousing
- Good at WMS/Excel
- Honesty, integrity, hardworking
- Able to communicate in English
- Problem solving skills, analytical ability
