We are seeking a dedicated and organized Entry Level Office Assistant to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, making customer service skills essential.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately using phone systems.
Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide personal assistant support as needed to executives or team members.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support medical receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in processes.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Experience in using computerized systems for data entry and document management.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
