within a growing organization. How You Will Thrive With Us Provide administrative support to the Edmonton Main Hub team, such as data entry, filing, and
document management
.
Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customers’ (internal and external) needs in an efficient, accurate and professional manner to facilitate seamless operations. Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards, conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance, managing non-conformities and corrective actions, and continuously improving processes. Creation and follow up on Non-Conformance reports, manifest, shipping documents, and freight claims.
Invoicing/ Credit notes/ Customer inquiries. Receive and distribute daily mail, reports. Ability to cross train with other team members for holiday coverage and relief. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for warehouse staff. Responsible for system management and expediting of orders, which involves planning and executing business flow, order selection, resolving sales order errors, and updating internal and external customers accurately with all status and information surrounding orders.
Support the warehouse manager with various administrative duties as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to administrative tasks. Answer all incoming calls and direct to the proper individuals or department. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring To The Table Grade 12
education
(or equivalent), or the equivalent of
education
and experience Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment Proficiency in office software and systems with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel , including other Microsoft Office suite programs, AS400 an asset.
Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced environment
. Excellent
communication
, interpersonal, and organizational skills Knowledge of warehouse operations and
inventory management
