Accepting applicants who have a Class C driver license with a clean driving record and experience driving a larger vehicle for an opportunity to join the All Weather Family as a Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver ensures timely delivery of our product to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading, and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking candidates that are reliable and enjoy impacting how people experience the world around them.

SCHEDULE: Typically Monday – Friday. Position is dayshift with a typical 6:00 AM start time but could have a 12:00 AM start time, depending on delivery location.
**MUST BE OPEN TO OVERNIGHTS**
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Proven work experience as a delivery driver
Ability to drive a manual transmission truck is a plus
**MUST HAVE A VALID CLASS C DRIVERS LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (No moving/traffic violations) **
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Deliver windows & doors to multiple addresses
Follow assigned route and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery truck
Completes, reviews, and verifies logs and reports according to deadlines
Follow the company’s and DOT regulations and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service through strong communication, answering questions, and handling complaints in a courteous matter
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied
Wear required PPE to maintain safety and adhere to all safety procedures and processes
Can accurately read a tape measure

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires some lifting (routinely lifting up to 100 lbs unassisted) walking, standing, and sitting for long periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a warehouse/production environment, in a vehicle, and out in the field; loud machine noises from production and construction machinery, and possible exposure to hot/cold temperatures depending on season.
