Responsibilities

Responsible for stock maintenance, inventory control and all relevant documentation

Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation of products, warehouse and customer services.

Order pick and pack

Developing shipment plans as per product availability and request from customers.

Make sure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOPs.

Taking important measures for avoiding quality control issues.

Liaise with shipping agents and ensures all loads and shipping schedules are accurate.

Arranges local transportation, gets best quotes from shipping agents

Coordinates and follow up with team in HQ on sales, orders and dispatches

Keeps the relevant team members informed of daily schedules

Ensures all paperwork is accurate and correct prior to having signed by carriers

Maintains a clean and safe work environment

Ensure our warehouse standards are met in a safe and professional manner

Supports with ERP system

Assists with documentation including customer contract preparation

Liaise and coordinate with finance team in HQ to ensure timely payment of invoices and follows up payment from all clients and any other stakeholders

Manages other documentation and processes for the office as required

Supports with ad hoc activities as required

Required Skills

Shows high level of flexibility and initiative

High level of Spanish and English language, written and verbally
