The Warranty Intern position is responsible for submitting and collecting warranty claims within the guidelines of Haier Recreational Living Solutions. We are seeking someone who can type information into our database from documents submitted to our queue. The ideal candidate will be skilled with computers, and software systems, have great typing skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

How You’ll Create Possibilities
Answer phones and direct calls where needed.
Manage warranty queue throughout the day and communicate to warranty coordinators via email or phone.
Process the customer’s claim efficiently through our Warranty Salesforce queue.
Develop and maintain high morale with team members throughout all departments.
Input all pertinent warranty claims information in our system within 24 hours of receiving the claim.
Follow-up and track call-tag product returns
Respond to all warranty emails in a timely manner keeping the warranty coordinators current on all claims.
Follow-up with coordinators when claims remain open longer than 48 hours.
Additional responsibilities as required or directed.
What You’ll Bring to Our Team Students only. Must be a current full-time student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, pursuing a business administration or related degree preferred.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
This 12-month intern/coop assignment is located in Elkhart, IN; students must commute daily or as scheduled.
Proficient computer and typing skills

Ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to work well in afast-pacedmulti-functionalteam environment
Must be willing to work at least 20 hrs/week; ability to workflexible hoursranging from 20-40/week is ideal
