Watersport Concession Front Desk

Watersport Rental Business is looking for candidates to operate our rental site on the weekends and select week days. Full time and Part time positions are available. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be self motivated, and have a positive attitude. This position also requires attention to detail, ability to sell and a strong dedication to customer service. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting all guests upon arrival.
• Developing a strong knowledge of all products and services.
• Answering questions and helping guests with equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere at the rental site.
• Going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Miami, FL 33149: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
