We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The following are some of the responsibilities required for this position:
Responsibilities
Assist with Payroll
Scheduling and Dispatching of Staff to Project Sites
General Invoicing to Clients
Handling Customer Services and Client Phone Calls
Answering customer inquiries and Emails
Utilize computer software for data entry, document creation, and communication tasks efficiently
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations
Experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with office software applications.
Spanish and English speaking preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
