Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for coordination and logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Wedgewood Weddings & Events is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help manage repairs, maintenance, and vendor relations across our nationwide venues.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility updates across multiple locations.

Communicate with vendors, technicians, and venue managers to schedule and oversee work.

Assist with vendor sourcing and software selection.

Track and maintain work orders, vendor files, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Assist with software management for in-house employees.

Ensure accurate records and reporting through management systems.

Support invoice processing and resolve vendor billing issues.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with work order or construction databases is a plus.

Previous administrative experience in construction, facilities, or a similar field.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Rate: $20-25 per hour
