Wholesale Deal Administrator
The Gerald Auto Group has animmediate openingfor a Full Time Wholesale Administrator in the newly renovated North Aurora Accounting Office. This position will process used wholesale paperwork for multiple locations. We can’t wait to add the right person to our team!
Job responsibilities
Process wholesale paperwork on a daily basis.
Receipt checks and ACH payments for wholesales.
Prepare titles.
Reconcile receivable, payment, and intercompany schedules.
Work closely with management to resolve discrepancies.
Stock in Used Vehicles and prepare check payments.
Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma required. The ideal candidate must have goodcommunicationand organizational skills. Effective time management and prioritization are also essential to success in this role. Dealership experience is a substantial plus, but not required for consideration.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.
