🚨 What You’ll Handle (Day-to-Day):
• Troubleshoot Windows Server (2016–2022) issues
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Handle escalations from L1 (incident & problem tickets)
• Perform patching, monitoring & system health checks
• Support VMware / Hyper-V environments
🎯 What We Need
• Min 1 years hands-on Windows Server support
• Strong in AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP
• Troubleshooting skill
• Comfortable working in SLA-driven / support environment
