WINTER SEASONAL ENGINEERING ADMIN ASSISTANT Jobs in Vail, CO at Grand Hyatt Vail

This position will require 20 set work hours per week, Monday through Friday 10am – 2pm with the candidate having the ability to work additional hours if needed.

Preferred candidate qualities will include but are not limited to:

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ability to perform in a team-oriented environment.

Strong multi–tasking skills are a must.

Must be detail oriented.

Must be able to learn new processes and procedures quickly and perform them efficiently.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Must speak proficient English, Spanish as a second language would be a plus.

Proficient in the use of websites and social media.

Administrative duties will include but are not limited to:

Processing customer work orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Providing Midian quality customer service via phone, email, and in person.

Maintaining and updating Builder Trend CRM system.

Creating customer invoices.

Processing customer payments.

Handling inflow and outflow of internal and external emails.

Processing multiple projects at any given time.

Maintain the appropriate level of office supplies.

Filing

Data entry

Scanning

Provide administrative support for Field Operations, Sales, Finance and Administration Manager, Vice President, and President.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in MS Office

Proficiency in QuickBooks/Quickbooks Online is a plus

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Prior experience in and knowledge of administration practices and procedures.
