About the Job:

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer and the Director of Provider Compensation and Contracting of the Southern New Hampshire Health System. The incumbent will communicate effectively and professionally with all individuals inside and outside of the health system; and will maintain collaborative relationships with all health system personnel including, but not limited to, physicians, co-workers, ancillary departments, patients, visitors, and members of the Board of Governors.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain open communication with the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director of Provider Compensation and Contracting other members of senior management, as appropriate.

Receive and screen incoming requests, making referrals and taking action as appropriate.

Coordinate all Board of Governors meetings, including all Board Committees. Prepare agendas and materials, confirm attendance, prepare minutes, and maintain archives of all Board of Governors and Committee minutes.

Coordinate events, such as Board of Governors retreats.

Maintain appointment calendar for the Chief Administrative Officer and the Director of Provider Compensation and Contracting.

Coordinate logistics for health system committees and other meetings as needed, including procuring of space. Prepare and distribute agendas and supportive materials for meetings and records minutes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

Associate degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.

An additional two (2) years of the required experience below can be substituted for the required degree.

A minimum of 7- 10 years of executive-level assistant/executive secretarial experience in an administrative office required.

Experience in documenting Board and other meeting minutes.
