We are seeking a Work-from-Home Scheduling Assistant to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements. This role involves booking transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for individuals, couples, and families. Team members may specialize in specific types of travel, such as leisure or business, or focus on particular destinations. Additionally, you will collaborate with travel vendors and promote various vacation packages, including those from cruise lines, resorts, and specialty travel groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and book travel arrangements for clients

Communicate with vendors on behalf of clients

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Stay updated on travel trends and destination offerings

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Access to a computer or smartphone

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to attend training webinars

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Internet and technology proficiency
