Position: Workers’ Compensation Paralegal

This position is based in our Gaithersburg office and offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development. Experience in a similar position is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system
Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained
Client communications
Requesting and organizing supporting documentation
Filing necessary forms and documents with the MD Workers’ Compensation Commission
Preparing cases for hearings

Requirements:

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
