Job Description :

Audit, organize, and maintain both physical and digital due diligence materials to ensure they are easily accessible for internal team members.

Prepare and manage electronic data rooms for external parties to review transaction-related materials efficiently.

Work closely with the Transaction Manager to oversee and track all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to critical timelines, deadlines, and contingencies.

Facilitate communication and collaboration with vendors, including inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, and title companies, to coordinate essential services.

Ensure all vendors and stakeholders are aligned with the transaction objectives and timelines for seamless operations.

Partner with the finance team to manage sales, acquisitions, and transaction-related documents while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Stay proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improving efficiency and reducing transaction timelines.

Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Support the resolution of any issues or delays during transactions by coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth outcomes.

Continuously assess and refine workflows to enhance the overall transaction coordination process.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 4 years of experience in handling commercial real estate deals, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing.

Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple intricate transactions at the same time, ranging from 2-3 to over 20 projects.

Proven success in excelling under pressure and efficiently navigating shifting priorities while maintaining focus.

Experience with designing and optimizing transaction workflows is highly desirable.

Outstanding written and spoken communication capabilities with a polished and professional approach.

Skilled at utilizing checklists to ensure all critical steps in transaction processes are completed accurately.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or real estate, is advantageous.

Adept in using modern technology tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office programs.
