As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Remote Administrative Assistant (1099 contractor) with hands-on knowledge of LPL ClientWorks, Redtail CRM, and eMoney Advisor to help support our day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.

About the Role:
This is a fully remote, part-time role (20–25 hours per week, flexible during business hours). You will be a critical part of our client service and operations team, ensuring our advisors have the administrative support needed to focus on client relationships and planning. We are looking for someone with proven experience supporting financial advisors in a remote capacity — this is not an entry-level training role.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars
Assist with client communication (emails, phone calls)
Process new account paperwork, transfers, and money movement using LPL ClientWorks
Maintain accurate client data and notes in Redtail CRM and eMoney
Track and manage compliance workflows and document management
Support advisors with meeting preparation, task tracking, and follow-up
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience supporting financial advisors in an administrative role (remote or in-person)
Proficient in LPL ClientWorks, Redtail CRM, and eMoney Advisor (required)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Comfortable with technology and cloud-based tools (Zoom, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Dependable, client-focused, and solutions-oriented

Compensation:

$30–$40 per hour based on experience
1099 contract position (remote)
20–25 hours per week, flexible schedule during normal business hours
