Responsibilities
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping
Schedule meetings and appointments
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
Manage office G&A budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Provide general support to visitors
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
Plan in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
Qualifications
High school diploma
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office
A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
Working knowledge of office devices and processes
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
Job Highlights
2+ years of experience working as an Office & Workplace Coordinator/Specialist
Experience with employee engagement, event planning, inventory management, ticketing system, hospitality
Experience using Slack & Google Suite
A self starter who has high attention to detail and initiative
Someone who has worked in the Tech/SaaS space would be preferred
Part time schedule; 20-30hrs a week – FULLY ONSITE!
Compensation
$30.27 – $35.14 /hour Pay Rate
