Yard Office Manager

Our client on the east side of Madison is seeking an office manager for their yard to perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties as assistant to the facility manager. If you are looking to be a team player and be apart of the day-to-day operations, then this position is for you! You will be expected to learn all dispatch duties and serve as the back up dispatcher as well as have two scale operator direct reports.
Pay and schedule:
Pay ranges from $22-25/hour depending on experience
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
We’re looking for:
Friendly and responsive to customers and vendors
Prior leadership experience
Maintain inventory manuals and input the information into the SAI system
Process invoices received for facility and resolve any issues with vendor
Run reports used for managing the operation
Review timecards for accuracy
Order supplies
