Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling between homeowners and technicians

• Create and manage accurate work orders for repairs

• Assist the Service Coordinator with clerical tasks

• Ensure timely ordering of necessary materials

• Review work orders for invoicing accuracy

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required

• 3+ years of administrative experience

• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience in residential service administration preferred
