HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

1 HR Work

  • Support production line recruitment, onboarding and employee file management.
  • Daily attendance tracking & payroll data preparation for 3800 workers.
  • Handle PF, ESI and other local labor compliance procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, induction training and staff welfare activities.
  • Prepare regular HR data reports for management.

2 Admin Work

  • Manage canteen, dormitory, cleaning and security service.
  • Control office supplies, materials and fixed assets.
  • Arrange meetings and daily office maintenance.
  • Liaise with local government departments (Labor, Fire, Safety).
  • Organize factory cultural & employee activities.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years HR & Admin experience; electronic manufacturing factory experience is preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in English & Hindi.
  • Skill: Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Indian labor law, PF & ESI.
  • Quality: Responsible, good communication skills, able to work under factory pressure.
