Our organization is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, account reconciliation , organizing and filing important documents. Responsibilities:
Write and distribute professional emails, invoices, documents, and forms
Prepare regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain filing systems
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites
Coordinate and schedule zoom calls
Create and send DocuSign agreements
Organize and maintain office supplies
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment such as computers, printers, typing etc
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Proficiency in account reconciliation through QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
